We’ve never imported before. Where do we start?
Send us what you’re buying, where it’s coming from and where it needs to go. We’ll tell you what’s required and quote the landed cost.
Do we need our own IEC?
Not if we act as your Importer of Record. If you’d rather import in your own name, you’ll need an IEC, and we’ll handle the clearance.
Can you deliver to more than one site?
Yes. Equipment can be delivered to several locations, or stored in a Lozy warehouse and sent out as each site is ready.
What happens when the equipment is retired?
If it needs to leave India, we can act as Exporter of Record. Used electronics that stay in India must follow e-waste rules.
