3PL Warehouse Services Across India

Our services

3PL warehouse services built around
your stock

3PL warehouse services mean a third-party logistics company runs your storage and the work around it: the space, receiving, SKU-level records, picking, packing and dispatch, often with transport and returns. Lozy runs them from 77+ warehouses across our network, on monthly plans from ₹12 per sq ft.

Third Party Logistics (3PL)

Your warehouse team, without running a warehouse.

Third party logistics means handing your storage, handling and dispatch to a specialist provider, so your own people can focus on buying and selling. It suits brands, distributors and importers whose volumes have outgrown a back room or a single godown, and who would rather pay for capacity each month than sign a multi-year lease.

Lozy's 3PL runs on 77+ warehouses across our network, with space from a few pallet positions to a dedicated section. Transport, freight and customs plug in through partners, coordinated by the Lozy team. You keep ownership of the stock and set the rules for how it is received, stored and released.See how 3PL & distribution warehousing works, pallet by pallet.

Warehouse Services

Space, handling and records under one roof.

Warehouse services cover everything that happens to stock between the truck that brings it and the truck that takes it away: unloading, checking, storing, counting and staging for dispatch. Done well, they turn rented space into a working operation with numbers you can trust.

Lozy offers ready warehouse space on monthly plans from ₹12 per sq ft per month, across owned, leased and partner facilities. Goods are checked in against your documents, placed in labelled locations and released only on your written instruction. The team quotes a written rate after one requirement check, so you can compare providers like for like.Compare warehouse and godown space for rent, business warehousing and industrial & bulk warehousing.

On-Demand Warehousing

Space that grows for the season and shrinks after it.

On-demand warehousing lets you rent storage for the months you need it, not the years a lease demands. It suits festive build-ups, product launches, import arrivals and any quarter when stock runs ahead of the space you have.

Lozy's on-demand plans are billed monthly with no long lock-in. Add pallet positions or a bay before the peak and release them when sales settle, without renegotiating a lease or paying for empty racks in quiet months. Start small, and keep the space as your base footprint grows.Read how on-demand warehousing works, or plan seasonal warehousing for festive peaks.

Ecommerce Warehouse Services

Online-seller stock, ready for every order.

Ecommerce warehouse services are built around how online sellers work: many SKUs, small and frequent dispatches, sale-season spikes and a steady flow of returns. The warehouse must know exactly where each unit sits, because one mis-pick becomes a refund and a poor review.

Lozy stores seller inventory by SKU in labelled bins, shelves and pallet positions, with inward checks against your purchase orders. Space flexes month to month around sale events, and returned units go to a separate area for checking before they rejoin sellable stock. Pick, pack and ship is covered under Fulfillment Warehouse.More on e-commerce warehousing and the e-commerce & retail walk-through.

Fulfillment Warehouse

From order to dispatched parcel, in one building.

A fulfillment warehouse turns stored inventory into shipped orders. It takes orders from your website, marketplaces or distributors, picks the right units, packs them to your standard, labels them and hands them to the courier or transporter. Speed and accuracy here shape your customer's experience more than any advert.

Lozy's fulfilment service runs the whole pick, pack and ship cycle in the warehouse that already holds your stock, so nothing moves between a storage site and a dispatch site. Cut-off times, packaging rules and courier handovers are agreed at onboarding and written into your service plan.Selling online today? Start with e-commerce warehousing.

FTWZ (Domestic)

Hold imports duty-deferred. Clear them as India orders.

A Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) is a special category of Special Economic Zone, treated as outside India's customs territory. Imported goods can be stored there without paying customs duty or IGST on arrival; both fall due only when the goods are cleared into the domestic market, and goods re-exported from the zone pay no Indian import duty.

For domestic sales, an FTWZ lets an importer land a full shipment, hold it in the zone and clear it into India in part-lots as customers order, paying duty on each lot only. Lozy arranges FTWZ space through a partner zone operator and moves cleared goods into its own warehouses for onward dispatch.Want duty deferment nearer your market? Contract Logistics

An operation run to your numbers, reviewed every month.

Contract logistics is a longer-term arrangement in which a provider runs a defined part of your supply chain, usually warehousing and dispatch, against agreed service levels. Instead of buying space and labour month by month, you buy an outcome: accurate stock, on-time dispatch and costs you can forecast.

A Lozy contract starts with your volumes, SKU profile and customer promises and turns them into a written operating plan: space, staffing, cut-off times and the measures that matter, such as inventory accuracy and on-time dispatch. Performance is reviewed with your team every month, and the plan changes as your volumes do.Outsourcing storage first? See business warehousing.

Distribution / Transportation

From our dock to your customer's door.

Distribution and transportation cover everything that leaves the warehouse: full truckloads to depots, part loads to dealers and city runs to retailers and project sites. The right mix depends on order size, distance and how often each customer is served.

Lozy plans outbound loads from the warehouse holding your stock and moves them through partner fleets, so one team coordinates both the space and the truck. Every consignment leaves with its invoice, an e-way bill where one is required, and a delivery record that closes the loop. For high-value loads, ask about cargo liability cover.Supplying dealers? Commodities Storage

Bulk lots kept dry, counted and ready to move.

Commodities storage is warehousing for bulk goods such as grains, pulses, sugar, spices and industrial raw materials, usually in bags or loose lots. The job is protecting quality: dry floors, sound roofs, pest control, stacks that let air move, and weight records that hold up when the stock is sold or pledged.

Lozy stores commodity lots in dry, covered facilities, stacked on pallets or dunnage, with regular inspections and weight records at every inward and outward movement. Negotiable warehouse receipts, which banks lend against, can only be issued by warehouses registered with the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA).Storing packaged staples? CFA / C&F Agent Services

A stock point in every state, without opening a branch.

A carrying and forwarding agent (CFA), also called a C&F agent, holds a manufacturer's stock in a region and dispatches it to distributors and stockists against their orders. Pharma, FMCG and consumer durables companies use CFAs to supply a state or zone quickly without running their own depot there.

As your CFA, Lozy receives stock from your plant or mother depot, stores it to your batch and expiry rules, dispatches against distributor orders and handles damaged and expired returns. Stock statements and reconciliations go to your branch or finance team on an agreed schedule.See how FMCG & consumer goods and pharma & healthcare stock is handled.

Order Management Service

Every order, from every channel, in one queue.

Order management is the work between a customer pressing buy and a picker getting the job: collecting orders from each sales channel, checking stock, choosing the warehouse and releasing pick lists. When it breaks, the same unit is sold twice or an order sits unread in an inbox.

Lozy's order management brings orders from your website, marketplaces and distributor emails into one queue, checks them against current stock and releases them to the warehouse in priority order. Exceptions, such as a short pick or an incomplete address, come back to your team for a decision before dispatch.Stock accuracy starts with inventory warehousing.

Value Added Services

The small jobs that make stock ready to sell.

Value added services are the tasks done to goods inside the warehouse so they can be sold, shipped or displayed: labelling, MRP stickering, kitting, bundling, repacking, gift packing and quality checks. Doing them where the stock already sits saves a round trip to a job worker.

Lozy runs value-added work at the facility holding your stock, with partner crews for larger jobs. Each job is quoted before it starts, done to a written instruction and a sample you approve, and recorded against the SKUs it touched.Importing goods that need Indian labelling? Reverse Logistics Services

Returns checked, graded and back on sale sooner.

Reverse logistics handles goods travelling backwards: customer returns, failed deliveries, dealer returns, recalls and items due for repair or disposal. Every returned unit needs a decision, and the speed of that decision sets how much value you recover.

Lozy receives returns into a separate area, checks each unit against its return reason and grades it to your rules: back to stock, repack, return to vendor, repair or write off. Graded stock moves back into sellable inventory, and you get a record of every unit and its outcome.Online brands pair this with e-commerce warehousing; parts businesses should see spare parts & aftermarket.

Warehousing In-Plant Operations

We run the store inside your factory.

In-plant operations place a logistics team inside your own factory or site to run its stores: receiving raw materials, keeping bin locations, issuing parts to the line and dispatching finished goods. You keep the building; the provider brings the people, the process and the records.

A Lozy in-plant team works to your production plan, with goods receipt notes, bin-wise records, line feeding and finished-goods dispatch run to a written SOP. Staffing follows your shift pattern, and stock accuracy is measured and reported every month.See how industrial & manufacturing and automotive & auto components stock is handled.

Warehouse Management System

Your stock by SKU and location, whenever you want to look.

A warehouse management system (WMS) is the software that tracks every unit in a warehouse: when it arrived, which bin it sits in, what was picked and what left. Barcode scans at each step replace paper registers, so stock levels are current rather than last week's estimate.

Lozy's WMS records every inward, put-away, pick and dispatch against your SKUs, with login access for your team to stock levels, movement history and reports. It can exchange orders and stock data with your website or ERP, so nobody keys the same data twice.Today, stock reports come with inventory warehousing.

Global Freight Forwarding

Air and ocean freight that lands in your warehouse.

Freight forwarding means booking and managing the international movement of your cargo: choosing the carrier and route, preparing shipping documents, arranging customs clearance and coordinating pickup and delivery. A good forwarder saves you from chasing five parties to move one container.

Lozy arranges air and ocean freight, as full container loads (FCL) or shared containers (LCL), through its freight partner. Cargo clears through Lozy's customs desk and moves straight into a Lozy warehouse, so an import goes from port to shelf with one team in charge.See customs clearance, importer of record and DDP shipping.

Sourcing from India

Find, check and ship Indian suppliers with one partner.

Sourcing from India helps overseas buyers find and manage Indian manufacturers: shortlisting suppliers, arranging samples, checking factories and inspecting goods before they ship. For a buyer far away, it replaces dozens of calls and flights with one partner on the ground.

Lozy supports overseas buyers with supplier shortlists, pre-shipment checks and consolidation of goods from several suppliers in one Lozy warehouse, ready for export. Export documents and shipping run through Lozy's customs desk.Exporting without an Indian entity? See exporter of record.

360° Supply Chain Consultancy

Find out what your supply chain should cost, then fix it.

Supply chain consultancy looks at your whole flow of goods, from supplier to customer, to find where time and money leak: too many warehouses or too few, the wrong city, freight bought at spot rates, stock in the wrong place. It should end in a plan you can act on, not a slide deck.

A Lozy review maps your current network, volumes and costs, then models the options: where to hold stock, which cities to serve from, owned versus outsourced space and how much buffer to carry. Lozy's training draws on the routines used across its warehouse network and can run at your site or ours, for supervisors, pickers or new joiners. Questions about 3PL warehouse services

Cost depends on the space, location, term and how much handling your goods need. Lozy's storage plans start at ₹12 per sq ft per month, with handling, value-added work and transport quoted on top for your volumes. You get an itemised written quote after one requirement check.

A regular warehouse rents you space, and you bring the people, process and records. A 3PL runs the work as well: receiving, storage, stock records, picking, dispatch and often transport and returns. You pay for the space and services you use instead of leasing, staffing and managing a site.

A 3PL does the logistics work itself or with partners: storage, handling and transport. A 4PL manages your whole supply chain on your behalf, including choosing and coordinating several 3PLs, and is mostly used by large companies. Most SMEs and growing brands need a 3PL first.

An FTWZ is a special type of SEZ treated as outside India's customs territory, so duty and IGST wait until goods enter the domestic market, and goods can change owners inside the zone. A customs bonded warehouse also defers duty under Section 61 of the Customs Act, 1962, but most goods may stay one year, extendable, and attract interest on the duty after 90 days.

A carrying and forwarding agent holds a manufacturer's stock in a region and dispatches it to distributors and stockists against orders. The CFA stores goods to batch and expiry rules, handles damaged and expired returns and sends stock statements to the manufacturer. Pharma and FMCG companies use CFAs to serve a state without their own depot.

Yes. Lozy plans start with a few pallet positions on monthly, GST-invoiced terms with no long lock-in, so a small brand pays only for the space and handling it uses. As volumes grow, the same stock can move into a bay or a dedicated section without changing provider.

Most setups move from enquiry to first inbound within days, once the space, handling rules and stock handover are agreed. Share your product list, volumes, cities and dispatch expectations through the requirement form, and the team confirms the practical timeline in writing.

Yes. The goods stay yours, and so do the rules: what is released, to whom and in what order. Lozy keeps the day-to-day register of receipts, locations and dispatches, and you can reconcile it with your books or count the stock in person during agreed visiting hours.

Lozy operates in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, and the industrial belts around each, with 77+ warehouses across our network. Tell us where your customers are, and the team shortlists sites close to them.

Share what you store, monthly inbound and outbound volumes, the number of SKUs, the cities you serve and the services you need, such as fulfilment or transport. The requirement form covers all of this, and the reply comes as an itemised written quote.
