What is on-demand warehousing?
It is flexible, short-term warehouse space you take for the weeks or months you need — a seasonal spike, a sale campaign, overflow stock or a short project — with no long lease and no lock-in. You pay for the time you use the space.
Is there a minimum duration?
No long lease. You can take space for a few weeks, a month or a full season. We confirm the shortest workable term for your unit when we quote — it varies slightly by location and size.
How fast can the space be ready?
Most on-demand units hand over within days. Once you confirm and clear the deposit, we sort access, gates and keys so your stock can move in without waiting weeks.
Can I scale up for a sale or festival season?
Yes. Add a unit next to your existing one for the peak, or take a larger space for the season, then release it when orders settle. You only pay for the extra space while you hold it.
How much does on-demand warehousing cost?
It is usually charged per sq ft per month, and it varies by city, size and season. Share your sq ft, city and how long you need it, and we send a written quote listing rent, deposit and setup.
Can I cancel or hand back space early?
Yes. On-demand terms are built to end cleanly — give us the agreed notice, clear your stock and hand back the keys. There is no multi-year penalty for leaving when the rush is over.
Is on-demand warehousing available in Gurgaon?
Yes. We have short-term units in Gurgaon, Manesar and Farrukhnagar, close to the NH-48 and KMP expressways, so peak stock can move in and out fast.
Is on-demand warehousing available in Noida?
Yes. Noida and Greater Noida units along the Dadri and Kasna corridors work well for e-commerce and brands shipping to Uttar Pradesh and the East.
What about Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Sonipat?
We cover the full NCR. Delhi and Faridabad suit last-mile and quick dispatch, Ghaziabad runs the Delhi–Meerut corridor for FMCG, and Sonipat on NH-44 is the value pick for bulk and slow-moving stock.
What size unit can I get on demand?
From small godowns of a few hundred sq ft up to large sheds. Tell us your pallet count or sq ft and we match a unit, splitting or combining space so you only pay for what you use.
What is included in the rent?
The unit plus gated security, boundary lighting and basic housekeeping. Dock usage, extra power load and value-added services are itemised separately in your agreement.
Do I pay a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is standard, and it is returned when you hand the space back in agreed condition. The exact amount is written in your agreement before you sign.
